• uproot the sticky bindweed of grind culture.

• determine ‘enough'.

• let go of ‘should’.

• rest without apology.

• navigate social (dis?)approval (as a recovering ‘people-pleasing praise-junkie’).

• choose joy.

• accept my body. Also your body & everybody’s body. No exchange, no refund.

• recognise the persistent motes of ableism that infest our eyes.

• pivot my career - again.

• become a ‘late bloomer’ (aka eat & keep a roof over my head).

• grow curiosity, acceptance and compassion.

• reflect on what a wild & wonderful ride this life is.

• connect with a community of fellow rebels (armchair or otherwise).
